If you have technical problems, we encourage you to attempt to resolve them through the on-line knowledgebase. Refunds will have to meet the necessary conditions.

 
Solution or Suggested Action

Requests should be submitted via our on-line form. We will respond to your request as soon as we can but it may take up to 5 working days to receive a reply. Please make sure your Credit / Debit card details are listed on your account. If you have removed your credit details from the system and we are unable to reimburse you. You will need to re-enter the card details again. Please note that the card must be the same one you used to make the original purchase. Please note that this card must still be valid otherwise we will be unable to complete the transaction for you. Let us know when you have entered your details back into the system and we will process a refund for you.
